She's Got Goals, LLC ("She's Got Goals," "we," "us," and "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"). We do NOT share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstance. All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. The only third parties that receive SMS-related information are the messaging aggregators and telecommunications providers we use to deliver your messages, and they are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

We also share non-personally identifiable information, such as anonymized or aggregated information, with suppliers for purposes such as analysis and research. She's Got Goals does not sell any of your Personal Information for monetary compensation.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from She's Got Goals, LLC, the following applies. This section governs SMS communications and complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC requirements.

(a) Sender Identity: All SMS messages sent under this program are sent by She's Got Goals, LLC. Your consent applies only to messages from She's Got Goals, LLC and does not extend to any other business, affiliate, or third party.

(b) Program Description: You will receive transactional and promotional text messages from She's Got Goals, LLC related to our coaching programs, events, applications, appointments, special offers, and customer support.

(c) Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our programs and inquiries.

(d) Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

(e) Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts from that program. You may re-subscribe at any time by opting in again through our website.

(g) Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from She's Got Goals, LLC.

7. Information From Children

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Information from children under 16, or the equivalent minimum age depending on the jurisdiction (such as 13 in the United States under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of a child under the applicable minimum age, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If you are under the applicable minimum age, do not provide any Information about yourself to She's Got Goals. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Platform, including the information or content contained therein.
